Melox 5% Injection contains Meloxicam, a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) of the oxicam class. It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, providing strong anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative, analgesic, and antipyretic effects. Additionally, it reduces leukocyte infiltration into inflamed tissue and slightly inhibits collagen-induced thrombocyte aggregation.
