Neclozamyid Bolus

Composition

Each 5 g bolus contains:

• Niclosamide …………….. 1250 mg

Indications

• Tapeworm infestations

  • Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Deer: Moniezia spp., Thysanosoma (fringed tapeworms)

  • Dogs: Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis, T. hydatigena, T. taeniaeformis

  • Horses: Anoplocephalid infections

  • Poultry: Raillietina and Davainea spp.

• Amphistomiasis (Immature Paramphistomes)

  • In cattle and sheep, immature rumen flukes (Paramphistomum spp.) cause anorexia, excessive thirst, and watery, foul-smelling diarrhea.

  • Neclozamyid Bolus provides consistent high efficacy against immature flukes, preventing death and production losses.

• Precautions and Warnings

  • Place bolus at the back of the tongue to prevent vomiting.

  • In dogs and cats, crumble the bolus and mix with food.

  • Ensure accurate dosing based on body weight.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Usage

• Sheep & Goats: 1 bolus per 15 kg body weight

• Cattle & Calves: 1 bolus per 20 kg body weight

• Poultry: 100–200 mg/kg body weight for consecutive days with feed

• Dogs: 1 bolus per 10 kg body weight

• Cats: 1/3 bolus per 3.3 kg body weight
