Ivamix 2% Injection

Composition

Each ml contains:

• Ivermectin …………… 20 mg

• Excipients …………… q.s. to 1 ml

Indications:

Ivermectin 2% is indicated for the treatment and control of:

• Gastrointestinal roundworms (Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Oesophagostomum, etc.)

• Lungworms (Dictyocaulus spp.)

• Cattle grubs (Hypoderma bovis, Hypoderma lineatum)

• Nasal bots in sheep (Oestrus ovis)

• Mange mites and lice in cattle, sheep, goats, and camels.

• Ticks and screw worm larvae in livestock.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not use in lactating animals producing milk for human consumption.

• Withdrawal period: Meat – 28 days (may vary by region).

• Do not use in animals under severe stress or with compromised health without veterinary supervision.

• Avoid overdosing; strictly follow dosage instructions.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• People allergic to avermectins should avoid contact with the product.

Dosage & Administration (Usage):

• Cattle, sheep, goats, camels:

  • 1 ml per 50 kg body weight (corresponds to 0.4 mg ivermectin/kg body weight).

• Administer subcutaneously only.

• Use sterile equipment and proper injection technique.

• Do not mix with other veterinary products in the same syringe.
